Your drill instructor will require you to run, perform calisthenics, plyometrics, and agility drills.

Preregistration is required for BOOTCAMP. Hard Core Training System's Release of
Liability paperwork and emergency contact information must be filled
out and turned in prior to the start of first class attended. The number of
participants will be limited and classes will be held on a
first-come-first-served basis. Entry to BOOTCAMP is not guaranteed. Schedule subject to change at
anytime without notice. Classes may be canceled without notice due to
inclement weather.
